We woke up early and had some breakfast at a small bakery in town. We wanted to get a full day out on the waves, so when we finished eating, we booked a shuttle to another good surf beach nearby, Playa Remanza.

The waves at Remanza were much smoother and less crazy than the ones from the day before. I did a few more lessons with Alec and felt a bit more comfortable, though the good waves were few and far between. I somehow managed to stay out on the beach all day without getting badly sunburnt.

That night, back in town, we did karaoke with the locals, drinking with the other tourists and late night dancing at The Crazy Crab with the whole town.
